Your experience will include software application support, resolution of live calls, taking ownership of calls to resolution and liaising directly with customers. Ideally, you will have a Microsoft certification and experience supporting Microsoft applications in a commercial environment.
Key responsibilities will include working in a multi-client/technology environment with a user base in excess of 3,000 in a Wintel environment.
