Claims Management specialist Gallagher Bassett has selected WindowLogic to design, deploy and maintain its new in-house Controlled Document System. Based around the Autonomy Workflow Manager product, the solution will provide Gallagher Bassett executives with increased levels of efficiency in the creation, authorisation and publishing of policy, procedure, reference and training documents throughout the business.
Gallagher Bassett is an Australian based company with over 20 years experience providing specialist risk and professional services to corporate businesses, government departments, insurance companies, underwriters and agencies.

Following an exhaustive iManage partner selection process, Top 10 Australian Law Firm Gadens has selected WindowLogic as its strategic Enterprise Content Management Business Partner.
The first phase of the project will provide consulting services to assist with the upgrade to Worksite v8.5 and the implementation of new e-mail management functionality along with iManage Worksite support for over 340 users in Sydney with a planned rollout to the firm’s regional offices throughout 2011.

Following the recent announcement that Brisbane based ClarkeKann Lawyers and Gray & Perkins are to merge with effect on 1 November 2010, WindowLogic has been appointed “iManage Partner of Choice” for the new firm. Having already successfully consolidated the new firm’s disparate document management systems, which included the conversion and migration of over 200,000 Worldox documents to iManage Worksite, WindowLogic has been retained to provide ongoing ECM consulting and support services.

Global derivatives trading company Optiver has selected WindowLogic to supply, install and support a new Autonomy iManage EDMS system within its Sydney office. The system will deliver document and e-mail management capabilities built around a customised people-centric folder structure, and is scheduled to go live prior to Optiver’s office move early in 2011.
The system will ensure that Optiver in-house counsel staff can readily access the authoritative and current version of business critical documents and e-mails required to support their business processes as well as regulatory requirements.
