WindowLogic through the launch of CRM4Legal and Logic4Outlook is allowing Australian law firms to access key business system information from a single interface.

Logic4Outlook was unveiled today by WindowLogic, a specialist information management solutions integrator, providing law firms with seamless desktop integration of Microsoft Outlook, Worksite, Practice Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The software is compatible with existing CRM software CRM4Legal, with users able to view all CRM4Legal’s opportunity and pitch information from Worksite, as well as contact and financial information for each recipient on an email.

The integration potential of Logic4Outlook allows organisations to benefit from maintaining one central repository for documents and information, says Director of WindowLogic Greg Brown.

“Logic4Outlook is a perfect companion to CRM4Legal that will allow any or all of the information maintained within CRM4Legal to be displayed in a iManage workspace.  Users just click to record an email or document right into CRM4Legal from iManage or from CRM4Legal into iManage, all from within Outlook.  This saves time and ensures robust document version control,” says Mr Brown.

The solution uses a four-tier architecture model that separates the “front-end” presentation layer from the integration, business logic and data access layers.

Logic4Outlook provides greater flexibility and scalability especially in the speed of accessing and displaying information, according to CRM4Legal Consultant and Director of Asia Pacific David Blumentals.

“CRM4Legal user adoption is greatly enhanced as CRM data is viewed each time iManage is accessed. Integration reduces the time it takes to navigate to CRM4Legal data as users can just click the link to open their CRM records,” said Mr Blumentals.
